No gender-based pricing which means applicants do not pay higher premiums based on their gender.

Guaranteed Issue Underwriting

Members must be 19-70 years old, work 18.5 hours/week and inquire during your special enrollment window to be eligible to apply with Guaranteed Issue while all others may be eligible with full medical underwriting.
